Misfuelling occurs when petrol is pumped into diesel-powered vehicles. This is made possible due to the fact that the Unleaded nozzle is smaller in diameter than the Diesel nozzle so the makers of Diesel Key found out and designed this device. Its very clever but simple in its machanics, it has 4 “pins” which are spring loaded and all 4 have to be pushed out by the diesel nozzle in order for a flap to open, if a petrol nozzle is inserted as its smaller it wont push them out and the metal flap will not open. £42.99
